Jazmine King Arrested The Real Mugshot Behind The Fake Attorney General Card

That viral card claiming Louisiana’s Attorney General got arrested? It’s fake — and the mugshot on it is real, but it belongs to someone else entirely.

Liz Murrill was indicted July 2 in the New Orleans courts-bill fight, the state Supreme Court blocked the arrest, and a special prosecutor dropped all 16 charges on July 22. No mugshot of her exists because she was never booked.

But the booking photo on that fake card IS real. It belongs to Jazmine King, 35, director of Divine Kingdom Ministries in Blanchard — a youth nonprofit that received $75,000 in legislative appropriations for youth academic programs. Investigators say the first $37,500 went to her car note, car insurance, jewelry and a Monroe weekend trip instead. No programs. No timesheets. No ledger.

On September 22, 2026, agents from Murrill’s own Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested King. She was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on felony theft by fraud over $25,000 and filing false public records.

The fake card used her real mugshot under a fake seal. The arrest on the card never happened. The arrest behind it is real.
