A ten-year Katy, Texas police officer ran his ex-wife’s license plate through Flock cameras 2,386 times in eleven months – and investigators say he also attached a tracking device to her car. A Fort Bend County grand jury indicted Sergio Guadalupe Rodriguez on two third-degree felonies: stalking and misuse of official information. Katy PD fired him. Now Houston police are auditing their own officers’ Flock searches. His next court date is September 2.
