Two Canton, Ohio police officers who restrained Frank Tyson face down until he lost consciousness took plea deals downgrading felony charges to misdemeanors. Tyson pleaded for air at least seven times before going unresponsive. Officers waited over five minutes to check on him. Both agreed to resign immediately. Sentencing pending.
